How long should a girl wait to have sex when first starting birth control?

I'm ready to have sex for the first time with my boyfriend. I am on my second week of taking the pill. When it does happen, he will wear a condom and will pull out to stay on the safe side. So, is it okay to have sex right now even if I just started the pill 2 weeks ago?

Wow your being very safe :) and yes 2 weeks is more then fine! i recommend not using the condom as it will be nicer for both of you . . . .

I'm on pristiq and I'm having sexual side effects what can I do?

I don't know what pristiq is/does, but tell your doctor point blank that the med is messing up your sex life so much that you are considering stopping the med. Hopefully your doc can change your prescription to something with fewer negative effects.
